Our Policies & Guidelines

At The Pharmacy, our aim is to deliver exceptional service to all our clients. To guarantee a seamless experience for everyone, we have established the following policies concerning cancellations, rescheduling, late arrivals, and illness.

 

Cancellations and Rescheduling Policy:
- A minimum of 24-hour notice is required for any cancellation or rescheduling of appointments.
- Failure to provide a 24-hour notice will result in a fee equivalent to 50% of the total service(s) cost.
- This fee compensates for the time reserved for your appointment and the potential loss of business.

Late Arrival:
- If you are running late, please call or text prior to your appointment time to communicate your estimated arrival time.
- If your arrival time exceeds 30 minutes, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment, subject to availability.
- Failure to communicate a late arrival exceeding 30 minutes will be considered a 'no-show,' incurring a fee of 50% of the total service(s) cost.
- Timely arrival is expected and greatly appreciated to maintain the schedule.

Illness Policy:
- If you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of illness, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment.
- In cases of illness, a 24-hour notice is required for any cancellation or rescheduling.
- Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment due to an illness will result in a fee equivalent to 50% of the total service(s) cost.
- Your health and the safety of the staff and clients is our top priority.

Health Screening:
- Upon arrival, clients appearing unwell will undergo a temperature check using a digital forehead thermometer. 
- Clients with a fever (100.4°F (38°C) or higher) will be asked to reschedule when feeling better and will be subject to a fee equivalent to 50% of the total service(s) cost.
- Clients showing symptoms of illness without a fever must wear two disposable facemasks during their entire appointment.
- These measures ensure the safety and well-being of everyone.

All fees must be paid in advance before the next scheduled appointment to continue receiving services.
