Hair Color Consultation
Required Before Any Color Service
Service Description
A hair color consultation is required for all new color clients and for returning clients who have not received color services within the past six months. This consultation allows us to talk through your color goals, discuss what is realistic, and set clear expectations before any color service is scheduled. During the consultation, your hair and scalp will be assessed to review current condition, color history, and overall hair health. From there, I’ll make recommendations, including whether any prep or treatments are needed to support the best possible outcome. While I do offer color services, I do not specialize in all color techniques. If a requested result is something I know I cannot safely or confidently achieve, I will not move forward with the service. This decision is always made in the best interest of your hair health and long-term results. Color changes, corrections, or major adjustments will not be scheduled or performed without a completed consultation. Color services may not be performed on the same day as the consultation due to color availability and inventory requirements. The consultation fee can be applied toward a color service if you decide to move forward. If color is not pursued, the fee may be applied toward another eligible service or treatment.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost of the scheduled service(s) will be charged. This fee applies to same-day cancellations, same-day rescheduling requests, and no-show instances.
